  • No. Once your website is completed and delivered, there are no required ongoing website platform fees to keep your website live. Optional costs such as custom domains or third party services may apply if selected.

  • We specialize in simple business websites, digital lookbooks, portfolio pages, and business showcase pages designed for service based businesses.

  • No. Our websites are designed to be clean, professional, and streamlined for businesses that do not need advanced website functionality.

  • No. At this time, websites are intended for informational business pages, portfolios, pricing menus, galleries, and service based businesses. Online stores, shopping carts, and ecommerce functionality are not included.

  • Yes. A Gmail account is required to create and transfer your website.

  • Yes. Temporary access to your Gmail account may be required during website setup and delivery. For privacy and security, it is recommended that clients create a new business Gmail account specifically for their website project. Passwords may be updated by the client once the project has been completed and delivered.

  • Turnaround times vary based on the package selected and how quickly content is submitted. Estimated timelines will be discussed after purchase.

  • Clients are responsible for providing business information, photos, logos, pricing, booking links, social media links, and any other content needed for the website.

  • Yes. Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.

  • Yes. Existing clients can purchase Quick Website Updates, Full Website Updates, or enroll in the Website Care Plan.

  • At this time, website updates and maintenance services are only available for websites created by us.

  • Yes. Business card design and printed cards are included with the Business Launch Package.

  • All services must be paid in full before work begins.

  • Due to the custom nature of digital services, all sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.

  • Each package includes revisions to allow adjustments before final approval. Client is responsible for reviewing all content prior to approval.. Once final approval and delivery have been completed, the project is considered accepted.
