By purchasing services and using this website, you agree to the following terms.

SERVICES
Services include website creation, business showcase pages, business card design, website updates, and maintenance as outlined in selected packages.

PAYMENT
All services must be paid in full at the time of purchase before work begins. Work will not begin until payment has been received.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials including business information, images, logos, pricing, links, and approvals in a timely manner.

REVISIONS
Each package includes a limited number of revisions as outlined in the selected package. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.

TURNAROUND TIME
Project timelines may vary based on client responsiveness and how quickly requested content is submitted.

APPROVAL & DELIVERY
Once final approval is given and the website, files, or materials are delivered, the project will be considered complete.

BUSINESS CARD PRINTING
Printed business cards included in applicable packages require final approval before submission to print.

UPDATES & MAINTENANCE
Future website edits and maintenance services are available separately and subject to current pricing.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Services may be declined if requests fall outside the scope of services offered.

CHANGES TO TERMS
Terms may be updated at any time.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom nature of digital services, all payments are final.

PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is required at the time of purchase before work begins.

PROJECT CANCELLATIONS
Clients may cancel before work begins. If work has already started, refunds will not be issued.

CUSTOM SERVICES
Because all websites, designs, and business materials are created specifically for each client, completed work is non refundable.

APPROVALS & DELIVERY
Once final approval is provided and files, websites, or materials are delivered, all sales are final.

PRINTED BUSINESS CARDS
Business card printing orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded once approved and submitted for production.

WEBSITE UPDATES & MAINTENANCE
Completed update services and maintenance payments are non refundable.

EXCEPTIONS
Refund requests due to duplicate payment or inability to begin the project may be reviewed on a case by case basis.
